Mr. Alfred Micheal Arambhan is the Chairman & Managing Director of our Company.He is a first generation entrepreneur, having over 28 years of experience in ship chandelling & catering industry and is one of the Promoter and first Director of our Company. He is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business of our Company. His leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of our Company.

With focus, we have built a dedicated team of motivated individuals who are capable of working at even the most remote of locations.

We ensure that each member of our team – from the server to the highest levels of management – is Professionally well trained and highly motivated.

Mrs. Nalini Maria Arambhan is the Executive Director of our Company. She has over 22 years of experience in the field of business operations and administration. She has been instrumental in establishing the procurement & quality assurance standard for the Company and has been actively involved in the administrative affairs of our Company.


Executive Director
Ms. Aarathi Alfred Arambhan is the Executive Director of our Company. She has been actively involved in the business development of our Company. She has over 6 years of experience in catering industry. She is responsible for Onshore catering services business & restaurant business of our Company and is actively engaged in promoting our restaurant ―me so happi since its inception.


Director Corporate Affairs
Mr. Firdos Irani is the Director – Corporate Affairs of our Company, not being a member of the Board. He has a total work experience of over 38 years in marketing and business development in shipping and food service industry. He has been with our Company since our incorporation.. He is responsible for business development for Offshore catering & housekeeping services in our Company.


VP, QA and Training
Mr. Mukesh Shenai,  is the Vice President – Quality & Assurance of our Company.. He has a total work experience of over 24 years in the area of radio communication, quality health safety and environment issues and human resource training. He has been actively involved in setting up Quality Health Safety and Environment (―QHSE) department in our Company.


GM Supply Chain Management
Mr. Kalyan Kumar SS is the General Manager -Supply Chain Management of our Company.  He has total work experience of 17 years in Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain and Project Execution.  He is responsible for the
supply chain management of our Company.


Mr. Rajiv Mudaliar is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has a total work experience of 9 years. He is responsible for overall finance and accounts department of our Company.


Non-Executive & Independent Director of our Company

Mr. Abhijit Pradhan is the Non-Executive & Independent Director of our Company. He is also a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, Pennsylvania, USA. He has over 29 years of experience in manufacturing, SAP consultancy and project management for various industries.

Non-Executive & Independent Director

Mr. John Philipose is the Non-Executive & Independent Director of our Company. He has over 25 years of experience in various capacities such as Command Works Officer, Flag Officer Commanding-in-chief, Chief Executive Officer of Ships etc. His area of expertise includes HRD and administration, project management, budgeting and work services, safety security and vigilance and qualitative equipment management.

Shashank More

Non-Executive & Independent Director

Mr. Shashank More is the Non-Executive & Independent Director of our Company. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of finance, audit & risk advisory. Mr. Shashank is presently the Chairman of Audit Committee of our Company.


Executive Director-Legal, Compliance & Branding
Pooja Arambhan is a Law graduate, and was associated with reputed law firms like Vyas & Bhalwal, Solomon & Co and was also Research Assistant in Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) – India for nearly 2 years wherein she undertook various assignments for Innovation workshops for top Advertising Agencies (Ogilvy & Mather, Lowe Lintas, Grey Global) and also Facilitate Innovation workshops with Larsen & Toubro, Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, Kaya, & Barclays Bank.

Pooja Arambhan has also completed her International MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Prestigious “Recannati School of Management” of the Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Pooja Arambhan was Co-producer & Knowledge Partner for the Maharashtra Infrastructure Summit (2013), an infrastructure summit attended by heads of all PSUs along with Private Sector Heads and Funding Agencies
She was also Invited to participate in UN Womens’ Empowerment Principles- 2014, UN Head Quarters, New York


Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
David Arambhan brings with him over 19 years of experience in IT Solutions, Retail and Hospitality Sector sales and business development with leading multi-national companies from the information technology and services sector.In his previous roles, David has headed NCR Corporation’s Retail, Telecom and Technology (T&T) business in India, David was responsible for the company’s growth under NCR’s new, more customer-centric structure.

David is a Commerce and Management graduate from Mumbai University and holds an Advanced Technical Scholarship for Project Management and Systems from Government of Japan – Association for Overseas Technical Scholarships.


Executive Director- Human Resource & Information Technology
Yateen has 22 years of work experience in global organisations like HSBC Japan, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Writer Corporation, Boston Consulting Group. His strengths are in grooming Multi-country, multi-culture team and supporting multi- industry businesses. He has a bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering.

Yateen is associated as a Mentor/Speaker/Contributor with premium management institutes, Top notch Engineering institutes in the country and international summits/ conferences /Forums. He connects and communicates to empower individuals and organizations to overcome adversity, reconnect with their purpose and dynamically live their dreams.
